Over 7,000,000 SF of Flex, Distribution and Manufacturing space exists with lease rates ranging from $ .28 SF NNN and the sale of older buildings are averaging upwards of $45 SF.

800,000 – 1,200,000 SF is planned with lease rates ranging from $ .60 to $ .75 SF per month NNN and the sale of new smaller Flex spaces is upwards of $85 SF.

Industrial Land is available in the outlying areas ranging from $1.75 - $ 3.00 SF and in the heart of the industrial locations sells for approximately $6.00 SF.

Rental rates range from $1.00 SF/month in the downtown and Airport areas to $3.00 SF for newly constructed Class A. 2004 will see approximately 350,000 SF of new construction. In addition more Garden Style offices are planned in Sparks and South Reno for lease and for sale.
